Job summary

TAPE LCC is seeking a Jr Business Operations Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Regional Headquarters and Field Offices. The role focuses on efficient office management, policy compliance, records management, and staff support, with emphasis on handling sensitive information in accordance with applicable policies.

Candidate should have a high school diploma, at least two years of relevant experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Education: At a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant business operations analysis and management support.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office management and provide support to reduce management burden.
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and files containing critical information.
• Research and communicate DoD and DCSA policies and procedures.
• Provide phone/desk coverage; coordinate calendars, travel bookings, and official correspondence.
• Create and edit documents ensuring accuracy in format, grammar, spelling, and policy conformance.
• Track actions via task systems and coordinate training events.
