Duties
  1. Assist in government contract-related matters including litigation, compliance, investigations, and M&A due diligence.
  2. Handle bid protests and claims litigation, providing strong advocacy and legal expertise.
  3. Provide legal counsel on compliance issues, ensuring clients adhere to government contract regulations.
  4. Contribute to ongoing investigations and provide strategic legal solutions.
  5. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients in delivering high-quality legal services.
  6. Conduct legal research and offer well-crafted recommendations on complex government contract issues.
  7. Participate in the development and execution of strategies related to government contract disputes and claims.
Requirements
