Join an established law firm as a Environmental Law Associate / Staff Attorney. This is a 100% remote position based in Northeast Ohio, with a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $160,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

About the Role

As an Environmental Lawyer, you will handle remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, transaction-triggered environmental laws, environmental risk management in contracts, environmental insurance policies, project financing, land use issues, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Ohio
• Residence in Northeast Ohio
• 5+ years of professional experience
• JD from an accredited law school
