Zusammenfassung

Nextgen Clearing Ltd. seeks a Junior Marketing Manager to own and execute the marketing strategy, deliver all activities, and manage content and collateral across channels. You will drive campaigns, events, and communications while collaborating with stakeholders globally.

You will travel up to five times a year, work with vendors and internal teams, and ensure brand consistency and effective use of marketing tools such as HubSpot and SurveyMonkey.

Qualifikationen

• Proven Marketing experience (3 + years).
• 3 years’ experience in a tech or telco company preferred.
• Education to degree level or equivalent.
• CIM or equivalent marketing qualification.
• Ability to travel globally approx. 5 times a year.
• Excellent collaboration skills with all levels and external parties.
• Excellent software skills (Microsoft/PowerPoint/Content design tools).
• Proven experience in Product Marketing and content design.
• Demonstrated experience managing large events.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise projects and tasks.
• Personable, loyal with demonstrable business acumen.
• Hardworking with willingness to learn.
• Reliability in delivering high quality work on time and budget.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to influence credibly at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate marketing processes with stakeholders within timelines and budget.
• Manage external vendors for marketing tasks.
• Develop and maintain Product Marketing and Sales materials; ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee external communications across channels including website and social media.
• Manage internal communications and intranet.
• Run marketing campaigns aligned with sales/product strategy.
• Maintain marketing software systems (HubSpot, SurveyMonkey) and run surveys.
• Coordinate industry events globally; arrange booths, branding and gifts.
