Job summary

GenScript is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager, International, to support the Integrated Communications & Content department. This remote, United States-based role reports to the Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns and focuses on developing and executing global marketing campaigns that align with GenScript’s brand strategy.

With 7+ years in marketing campaigns, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage content across channels, and analyze performance to drive optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience; at least 3+ years in marketing campaigns.
• Experience in biotech/pharma/life sciences industries preferred.
• Familiar with marketing campaign planning, execution and analysis; digital channels.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into marketing campaigns.
• Provide insight-driven, targeted creative strategy and omni-channel content development.
• Oversee content creation (visuals, AVs, emails, social media) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Build GenScript brand storytelling across campaigns with consistent strategic continuity.
• Optimize campaign processes and tools for timely production and implementation.
• Monitor campaign performance, deliver analyses and optimization recommendations.
• Lead campaigns team engagement and performance development.
