Job summary

Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP, a Chambers Global-ranked investment management law firm in the US, seeks a Marketing Communications and Events Junior Manager. You will develop and execute integrated marketing, manage events including CoinAlts, and own the firm’s content and PR efforts to strengthen brand value.

Three years of events planning and five years of integrated marketing experience are required. The role supports hybrid and remote work with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of events planning and execution experience.
• Five years of integrated marketing and communications experience.
• Experience within the AmLaw50 is preferred.
• Ability to own workflows and manage ambiguity.
• StrongProcess development and improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit high-quality written content for web, social, email, and presentations.
• Create visual content such as infographics and collateral for print and digital channels.
• Manage day-to-day posting and maintenance of firm social channels.
• Maintain the global content calendar and track campaigns and priorities.
• Collaborate with CMO on rankings guides and award submissions.
• Plan and execute conferences, seminars, webinars, and hybrid events.
• Coordinate speakers and manage on-site and virtual event logistics.
• Develop and maintain firm’s visual identity across materials.
