Job summary

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Geologist to support field investigations and environmental projects. You will perform routine field activities, collect samples, document lithology, and assist with data quality under senior staff guidance.

You will help prepare portions of technical deliverables, ensure safety, maintain records, and collaborate with teams. Opportunities for growth, professional development, and exposure to diverse projects across environmental and infrastructure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geoscience, or related field.
0–2 years of professional geological experience or internship.
Foundational knowledge of geoscience field investigations and sampling.
Ability to perform routine field activities safely under guidance.
Ability to prepare portions of draft technical deliverables and maintain records.

Responsibilities

Perform routine field activities including logging, sampling, and monitoring-support under senior guidance.
Collect and organize project data, conduct basic quality checks, and support lab coordination.
Prepare portions of technical reports, tables, figures, and cross sections with reviewer feedback.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, SOPs, and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate project records and communicate progress, risks, and deviations.
