Job summary

Peraton seeks a junior Systems Engineer to support requirements analysis, system integration, and technical planning in a multi-disciplinary GEOINT context. The role focuses on translating mission needs into concrete system requirements and facilitating solutions across NSG, ASG, and federal programs.

Onsite work in Springfield, VA is required. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in systems engineering or a related STEM field, or equivalent junior-level experience, and are capable of pursuing

Qualifications

Requires bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or related STEM field or equivalent junior-level experience.
Junior-level systems engineering experience in government or industry.
TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass polygraph.

Responsibilities

Assist mid-level and government engineers with requirements engineering, scheduling, integration, and analysis across NSG/ASG and Federal Agencies.
Support system architecture allocation and integration efforts across mission capabilities and programs.
Contribute to technical planning, performance engineering, risk management, and life cycle activities.
