Job summary

CSEngineering seeks a Junior Full Stack Developer / Microsoft 365 Systems Specialist to support the Navy JAG Enterprise Cloud Environment (JECE) and CSE Headquarters. You will design, develop, and maintain secure web apps using Python/Django while assisting with Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, identity, and cloud services in a hybrid, government-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of experience in software development or full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Django.
• Working knowledge of Java and Go/Golang with practical experience in at least one.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience using Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, SharePoint Online.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10/11, browsers, authentication, and access issues.
• Understanding of OO programming, secure SDLC, testing, and debugging.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with federal/DoD teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure web applications using Python and Django.
• Develop backend services, scripts, and integrations using Python, Java, and Go/Golang.
• Build responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend practices.
• Develop and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and integrations with Microsoft identity services.
• Support Navy JAG Website and Wagtail CMS including templates, workflows, and permissions.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code and participate in reviews and testing.
• Use GitHub or Azure DevOps for source control, work tracking, CI/CD, and deployments.
• Assist releases across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Support relational databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL, including queries.
• Provide Microsoft 365 services support: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune enrollment, policies, and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Administer users, groups, roles, and access in Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Support SSO and identity integrations using Entra ID, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, browsers, certificates, authentication issues, and managed devices.
• Review logs, diagnose incidents, document resolutions, and escalate as needed.
• Assist with Azure, Azure Government, SharePoint Online, Power Platform support.
• Contribute to secure coding, configuration management, and vulnerability remediation.
