Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S in Athens is seeking a Junior Full Stack Consultant to join our agile teams delivering large-scale transformation projects for EU-facing and private sector clients.

You will contribute to design, customization, integration, and maintenance of enterprise-scale CRM/CX solutions, participate in daily stand-ups, manage tasks, and interact with customers while growing your consulting and IT delivery skills in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of full-cycle IT projects, from requirements analysis to customization and UAT support.
• Develop and maintain code, libraries and documentation.
• Create innovative consulting solutions for enterprise-scale CRM/CX implementations.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and identify business improvements.
• Lead sub-teams, conduct daily stand‑ups and report status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a project manager and other consultants to deliver IT solutions.

Are you ready to discover the role of a Junior Full Stack Consultant in Netcompany?

Joining us as aJunior Full Stack Consultant, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens. You will be involved in the design, customization, integration, and maintenanceofenterprise-scale CRM/CX implementationsthat are intended mainly in private sector organizations.As a Full-Stack Consultant based in Athens, you will work on international projects for Netcompany, contributing to ourmost complex IT solutions. Your daily responsibilities will involve software development, task management, and customer interaction.

You will oversee sub-projects, conduct daily stand-ups, and report status to customers or project managers. Leadership within your team will be essential, as you will delegate tasks and assist team members. A project manager will support you, enhancing your management and IT delivery skills.

You'll join a high-performing international team, valuing professionalism and collaboration. Our projects include significant IT initiatives.

As a Full Stack Consultant you will:

• Contributeto all phases of full-cycle ITprojects, from requirements analysis to customization, specifications for any development needed, UAT support, user training
• Develop and maintain code, application libraries and produce technical documentation
• Develop innovative conceptsand implement sophisticated consulting solutions
• Createlong-termrelationshipswith clients
