Job summary

Netcompany Group A/S in Europe seeks a SAP Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA implementation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams across customers, SAP specialists, and partners. You will own delivery milestones, manage risks, and report progress to senior sponsors, using robust project plans and KPIs to keep programs on track.

The role emphasizes SDLC mastery, strong stakeholder communication, and a consulting mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects.
• Experience as Project Manager on full-cycle SAP implementations, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and modern project delivery methods.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-minded consulting mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Structured, proactive, results-oriented with multitasking ability.
• PM/PRINCE2/SAP PM certifications valued.
• Experience in SAP projects for Energy & Utilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Our SAP department emerges as a premiere SAP partner & integrator in the EMEA market, encompassing the entire spectrum of SAP offerings (hardware procurement, SAP licenses, and customized services). Netcompany's SAP team works on innovative projects, utilizing the latest, cutting-edge SAP technologies (SAP BTP, S/4HANA) and industry-specific solutions (ISU and IS-OIL), across a wide range of sectors (Consumer goods, Education, Utilities, Telcos, Banking etc.).

As a SAP Project Manager you will:

• Provide project management leadership and support to cross-functional teams delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
• Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring key milestones and program commitments are achieved on time
• Establish and monitor project KPIs and metrics, providing clear and accurate progress reporting to stakeholders
• Lead the day-to-day execution of projects, facilitating communication, removing blockers, and driving progress against agreed plans
• Identify, track, prioritize, and escalating project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
• Set clear priorities and coordinate activities across project teams to ensure timely and effective task completion
• Own and maintain a robust, realistic, and up-to-date project plan
• Collaborate closely with customers, internal implementation teams, SAP teams, and third-party partners
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports and project updates to project sponsors and senior stakeholders
• Promote the effective use of project management and delivery tools, helping project teams improve their planning, collaboration, and delivery practices

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or another relevant discipline
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, highly complex transformation projects involving integrated application landscapes
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager deliveringfull-cycle SAP implementation projects, ideally involvingSAP S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)and modern project delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combining technical understanding with abusiness-oriented consulting mindset
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively under tight deadlines

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Recognized Project Management certification such asPMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management
• Previous experience deliveringSAP projects in the Energy & Utilities sector, with knowledge of industry-specific processes and solutions such asSAP IS-U
