Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build high-performance React applications within the Neo engineering team. You will define front-end architecture, guide technical decisions, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable UI solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to implement user-centric features, maintain a design system, and optimize performance across devices. This role emphasizes accessibility, code quality, and robust release processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs with front-end and backend teams.
• Solid testing and QA practices with Jest/Vitest and React Testing Library.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop React front-end solutions with scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend to implement features and API contracts.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to design system.
• Ensure code quality via PRs, reviews, tests, and documentation.
• Maintain build pipelines and CI/CD workflows; mentor teammates.
