Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written), French is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a front-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and resolve production incidents.
• Draft and implement operational procedures in collaboration with Paris support team.
• Enhance monitoring, alerting, and system reliability.
• Support application rollouts and maintain test environments.
