Onboarding includes a structured program with potential progression to Sales Engineer II within 18–24 months. Frequent travel and CRM/Power BI usage are emphasized for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical sales, or related field.
• Experience in technical sales or fluids/industrial equipment is preferred.
• Able to learn and apply product knowledge and systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and build account plans.
• Identify opportunities using CRM and Power BI.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales to qualify leads.
• Log activities in CRM and contribute to pipeline forecasts.
• Travel to customer sites and support on-site visits.
• Develop and maintain a book of business.
