Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a junior associate for its Financial Regulatory & Compliance Practice. The role will be based in Washington, D.C., Phoenix, Dallas, or Miami, with hybrid work options.

You will join a large, global team focused on banks, fintechs, money services, and related regulatory matters. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of regulatory experience, strong research and writing skills, and bar admission eligibility in the relevant jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with excellent legal research, analysis and writing skills.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services regulation and compliance is preferred.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission is required.

Responsibilities

• Research legal and regulatory issues; prepare memoranda and regulatory filings; communicate with clients.
• Support licensing, chartering, and product development matters, including M&A and third‑party risk management.
• Assist with interaction with regulators and applicable banking/fintech regulations as needed.
