Qualifications

• Admitted or eligible for admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial regulatory and compliance.
• Strong academic background with excellent research, writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Research legal and regulatory issues; prepare memoranda, regulatory filings and client communications.
• Support licensing, chartering, mergers & acquisitions, bank partnership models and third-party risk management.
• Engage with federal and state regulators and understand supervisory and examination practices as applicable.
