Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of financial services regulatory and compliance experience, in banking, MSB, payments, and FinTech.
• Experience with licensing/chartering and knowledge of key financial services laws and regs.
• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to take significant responsibility and a client-service mindset.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
