Montcure, LLC is seeking a Jr. Financial Management Analyst – Risk Management & Internal Controls in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on Unliquidated Obligations analyses and quarterly DAR-Q procedures to improve audit readiness and financial statement accuracy.

The candidate will supervise junior staff and coordinate with program offices and contracting officers. Required: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and至少 3 years of related experience in budgeting, FIAR, or ULO review; strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, FIAR initiatives or ULO review.
• Experience with DoD budget processes and audit readiness.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsabilités

• Analyze Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) to identify aged, dormant, or invalid balances.
• Execute quarterly DAR-Q procedures in line with DoD guidance.
• Validate supporting documentation for obligation validity.
• Coordinate with contracting officers, resource managers and program offices to resolve aged obligations.
• Document findings and maintain audit-ready workpapers.
• Support auditor requests related to ULO and DAR-Q activities.
