Job summary

Northbound Executive Search is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst for a Financial Services firm. The FP&A Analyst will interface with the CFO and senior management to support planning and performance reporting for the organization.

Key duties include preparing quarterly track records, liquidity reports, and responding to external audit requests. You will develop FP&A reports for investors and take on increasing responsibilities over time in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of FP&A experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication, multi-tasking and analytical skills.
• Detail oriented with strong work ethic and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly track records and report current/projected performance for the firm.
• Prepare weekly and monthly liquidity reports to determine liquidity needs and investor capital calls/distributions.
• Support external audit requests and data entry assignments as required.
• Prepare FP&A reports as requested by investors.
• Complete extensive projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Excellent organizational, communication, multi-tasking and analytical skills
• Ideal candidate would be detail oriented with great work ethic
• Ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
• This candidate must have previous FP&A experience

Compensation:

• $80,000 – $100,000
