Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in budget execution, FIAR, or ULO review.
• Experience with DoD budget lifecycle and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) to identify aged or dormant balances.
• Execute quarterly DAR-Q procedures per DoD guidance.
• Validate supporting docs to determine obligation validity.
• Coordinate with contracting officers, resource managers and program offices.
• Document findings and maintain audit-ready workpapers.
• Support auditors with ULO and DAR-Q requests.
