Xcel Energy is seeking a Financial Analyst I to assist with the development, tracking, reporting and analysis of financial information, including budgets and forecasts. This entry-level role supports the team and partners with internal clients to deliver timely insights.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (onsite Tue-Thu) and a starting base pay of $58,700 to $79,676 per year, plus comprehensive benefits; deadline to apply October 14, 2026.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business; internship preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with collecting and analyzing financial data to support budget development, variance reporting, and forecasts.
• Apply knowledge of financial rules and company policies to resolve issues.
• Support the annual budget process and five-year forecasting.
• Provide timely financial reporting and client support within the area.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
