You will collaborate with teams to prepare internal and external reports, and help drive the annual budget process and five-year forecast, requiring a Bachelor's degree and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Completion of finance or accounting internship preferred.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrated skills in analysis, problem solving, customer service, and relationship building desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collecting and analyzing financial data to support budget development and variance reporting.
• Analyze financial data to identify adverse trends and recommend solutions.
• Apply knowledge of financial rules and company policies to resolve issues.
• Support the annual budget process and 5-year forecasting, including variance analysis.
