This position will provide financial and project management support to the Integrated Command & Control and Intelligence Systems (IC2&IS) Division at Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) in the initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing of projects.
Primary Duties:
- Ensure the accuracy of project cost, schedule, and performance data to support project and organizational decision making.
- Develop Cost Estimates detailing necessary resources to successfully execute projects.
- Develop Burn Rate Analysis of service contract tasks considering approved budget, funded level, vendor cost incurred, and upcoming project requirements.
- Monitor commitment, obligation, and expenditure data from Navy ERP and internal financial tracking tools and trackers, identify project risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop sponsor Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) summarizing cost, schedule, and technical health of projects for review by leadership and submission to sponsor.
- Maintain financial spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards and monitor project authorized amounts, burn rates, and balances.
- Develop and run recurring and ad hoc financial reports, review financial data on labor, travel, material, and service contract transactions, and coordinate with internal project teams to execute project funds.
Job Location:
Hybrid with 4 days a week at the Nine 30 office in Lexington Park, MD, and 1 day a week Working From Home (WFH).
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in financial management OR Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience in financial management OR High School diploma and 6 years of experience in financial management
Clearance:
This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This position requires anActive Secret Security Clearance.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The estimated salary range for this position is$50,000 - $72,500.
