Northland is seeking a Junior Advisory Program participant to support brokers in client account management, trade execution, and daily administrative tasks. You will develop sales skills by engaging with warm leads and learning through regulatory-compliant processes.

Ideal candidates hold 1–2 years in financial services, are pursuing FINRA licenses (Series 7/66), and have a finance-related degree. This onsite Minnesota role offers growth and training in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a financial services environment or relevant internships.
• Pursuit of FINRA licenses (Series 7, Series 66).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics preferred; CFP/ChFC designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist brokers with client accounts, orders, inquiries, and general support.
• Handle scheduling, client records, reports and documentation.
