You will process orders, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and handle document workflows within a collaborative sales team environment. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in financial services or related internships, pursue FINRA licenses (Series 7/66), and hold a bachelor’s degree.

Summary of the Job: The Junior Advisory Program is a foundational initiative designed to cultivate and refine the sales skills of individuals in the early stages of their financial careers. This program is crucial in supporting a sales team focused on investment advisory, insurance, and fixed income sales. Participants will gain valuable hands-on experience, learn directly from industry professionals, and play an integral role in the ongoing success of the team.

This position requires Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) registration. Qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial industry responsibility, regulatory requirements, credit fitness and criminal background standards. Successful candidates must meet ongoing regulatory requirements including acceptable background investigation, credit report, and fingerprinting results.
