You will assist in trade execution, onboarding clients, and maintaining records while building relationships with senior advisors. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and hands-on learning through trainings and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in financial services or relevant internships.
• Pursuit of FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 66).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: assist brokers in managing client accounts and processing orders.
• Administrative Tasks: scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, preparing reports.
• Sales Support: prepare client paperwork and coordinate onboarding; follow-up on warm leads.
• Trade Execution: support brokers in executing trades and monitoring confirmations.
• Develop Sales Skills: practice sales techniques with guidance from brokers.
• Compliance: ensure activities meet regulations and company policies; assist with documentation.
• Learning and Development: participate in training programs to enhance industry knowledge.
