Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients and prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Shadow client meetings.
• Progress into a Financial Advisor role leading client relationships and developing financial strategies.
• Complete ongoing training to master products, tools, and client service.
• Develop client-facing and advisory skills through mentorship and coaching.
• Progress into the Financial Advisor role by building relationships.
