Position Overview:

As a Junior Finance Officer, you will support the finance and tax team in managing daily transactions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will be essential in assisting with payments, tax reporting, and financial documentation to support the company’s operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process daily payments in accordance with RecruitGo’s policies and local regulations.
• Generate and report Red Invoices (VAT), ensuring compliance with tax authorities.
• Manage all tax-related matters for both Employer of Record (EOR) services and internal RecruitGo operations, including PIT and CIT filings.
• Prepare and submit DPI (Direct Investment) reports as required.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with audits, regulatory filings, and financial reporting standards.
• Monitor changes in Vietnamese tax laws and financial regulations, proactively advising on necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations, tax submissions, and financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external tax authorities to resolve financial or tax-related inquiries.
• Perform other relevant finance, accounting, and tax-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Tax or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax regulations, including PIT, CIT, VAT, and DPI reporting.
• Experience in handling financial transactions, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with RecruitGo policies and financial goals.
