Qualifications

• Familiarity with Excel and basic financial software.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis; develop and oversee business plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Invoicing and Financial Operations; support invoicing and accounts receivable; optimize cash flow.
• Budgeting and Expense Management; assist in creating annual budgets and monitor performance.
• Stakeholder Reporting; prepare detailed reports for management, board members, investors.
• Risk Management & Compliance; identify financial risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Junior Finance Manager

Are you ready to kick off your finance career in a high-impact role? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to join our growing finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in financial operations, reporting, and analysis.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior finance professionals and cross-functional teams, contributing to everything from financial controlling and accounting to internal reporting and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Help to develop & oversee comprehensive business plans to align with ACE Alternatives’ growth objectives.
• Conduct financial modeling, forecasts, and scenario analyses.

• Invoicing and Financial Operations
• Support in timely and accurate invoicing for all services provided.
• Support the invoicing and accounts receivable process.
• Optimize accounts receivable processes to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Assist on establishing controls to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance.

• Budgeting and Expense Management
• Help the creation annual budgets and monitor performance against benchmarks.

• Stakeholder Reporting
• Support the preparation of detailed financial reports for management, board members, and investors.
• Maintain transparency and compliance with financial reporting standards.

• Risk Management & Compliance
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through robust controls and processes.
• Help to Ensure compliance with tax regulations, legal requirements, and corporate governance.
• Assist developing and monitor internal financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Initial experience in finance, accounting, or controlling (internships or junior roles welcome).
• Familiarity with Excel and basic financial software.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Relevant internships within the Venture Capital market is a bonus
