Troon Electric of New York, LLC is seeking a Junior Field Project Manager to support coordination and execution of electrical construction projects across New York. The role focuses on organization, detail orientation, and hands-on field support in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with project tracking, documentation, and liaison with field crews, foremen, vendors, and clients. OSHA and SST certifications are valued as part of professional readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical construction or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency is required.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification earned.
• 10-Hour SST Card completed.
• Ability to work in the field and travel across New York.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Track schedules, materials, manpower, and overall progress.
• Assist with project documentation, reports, change orders, and admin tasks.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Communicate project updates and potential issues to management.
• Conduct field visits to monitor progress and assist coordination.
• Assist with ensuring work is performed safely per requirements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel for tracking, documentation, and reporting.

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Field Project Manager to join our team and support the successful coordination and execution of electrical construction projects throughout New York.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in project coordination, construction management, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with electrical plans, drawings, and construction documentation.
• Experience working with field crews, foremen, subcontractors, or vendors.
