As our Field Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the critical link between the job site trailer and the corporate office, keeping information flowing and projects on track. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role that keeps construction moving.
Pay Range: $20 – $30 per hour (DOE), FLSA non‑exempt (OT eligible).
You’ll move frequently between office trailers and active construction sites. In the office: prolonged sitting, computer work, repetitive typing, and phone use. On‑site: standing/walking on uneven ground for long periods, climbing stairs, kneeling, crouching, crawling into tight spaces, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. You’ll work outdoors in all weather, wear full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel‑toed boots, etc.), and maintain good vision/hearing for reading plans and communicating. Flexibility for occasional overtime or non‑standard hours is required. Reasonable accommodations are available.
