Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) seeks a Junior Field Manager to assist the Senior Field Manager with day-to-day field operations, job-site coordination, lot tracking, quality control, and issue resolution. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced construction environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience with flooring products, residential new construction experience is a plus, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with flooring products is preferred.
• Residential new construction experience with national home builders is a plus.
• Ability to track multiple communities, lots, and projects.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with iPad/iPhone preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Field Manager with day-to-day field operations.
• Coordinate job-sites, track lots, and ensure quality control.
• Assist with scheduling, material delivery, and issue resolution.
• Walk communities and job-sites daily to monitor readiness and workmanship.
• Promote job-site safety and coordinate installer activities.
