Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a Field Manager to oversee field installation operations for interior finishings solutions. You will work with builders, superintendents, and independent installers to coordinate job execution, manage materials, and resolve challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a construction or field environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret job specifications, measurements, and installation requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in the field.
• Proficiency with mobile technology, including iPad and iPhone.
• Ability to communicate effectively with builders, installers, and internal teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with builders, superintendents, and independent installers to ensure successful installation execution.
• Perform pre-installation inspections to identify deficiencies and communicate issues for timely resolution.
• Provide field measurements to verify quantities for full installation and material planning.
• Guide installers and ensure compliance with specifications and builder requirements.
• Monitor active job sites for safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Diagnose installation issues and implement solutions to maintain timelines and quality.
• Conduct final inspections and manage punch lists and QA items.
• Schedule and coordinate independent contractors to support project completion.
• Monitor installer performance and contractor utilization decisions.
• Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and logs including lot tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Other duties as assigned.
