You will be expected to drive to various job sites, utilizing hand and power tools to effectively address pest issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about pest management solutions and preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and follow-up visits.
• Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance.
• Ability to drive safely to various job sites using company vehicles.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to pest control tasks.
• Sales experience is advantageous for promoting additional services to clients.
