Job summary

Upturn is seeking an entry-level engineer to support daily construction activities in a hands-on role. You will conduct field observations, document progress, and verify compliance with drawings, specs, and project scope.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, up to 3 years of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. EIT/OSHA and AutoCAD/BIM knowledge are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of construction or project engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work extensively in an active construction environment.
• EIT certification, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, and AutoCAD/BIM knowledge are preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or industrial construction experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
