Job summary

Kiewit Building Group is seeking an Entry-Level Field Engineer to join our Field Operations team. You will work on exciting construction projects across the United States, supporting field and office engineering tasks while learning from experienced professionals.

You’ll interpret drawings, assist with takeoffs, and help plan, schedule, and coordinate work, material deliveries, and safety reviews. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a construction-related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in a construction-related field of engineering.
• Willing to travel and relocate to multiple cities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and measurement calculations.
• Assist in preparing work plans, packages and JHA’s.
• Support field surveying and data collection.
• Coordinate material deliveries and schedule field work.
• Supervise field operations under guidance.
• Provide office engineering support and data gathering.
