Job summary

Upturn Co. is seeking an entry-level engineer to support daily construction activities and perform field observations in an active project environment.

The role involves documenting progress and verifying compliance with drawings, specifications, and project scope. A civil/mechanical/electrical/industrial/chemical engineering degree is required, with 0–3 years of experience and proficiency in MS Office. EIT/OSHA and AutoCAD/BIM knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (any of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical) required.
• Zero to three years of construction or project-engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work extensively in an active construction environment.
• EIT, OSHA 10/30, and AutoCAD/BIM knowledge preferred.
• Pharmaceutical or industrial construction experience a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
