Job summary

Arc Aspicio is seeking a Junior Program Analyst (Federal Programs) to support Federal projects in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with project management tasks, document processes, and help coordinate meetings while maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of project management support experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong written/verbal skills. The role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management support experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel within the Washington, DC metro area.
• Ability to work remotely and in-person as needed.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust or higher clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support project and administrative tasks aligned to project goals.
• Document business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track tasks and action items for timely completion.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and notes, and maintain trackers.
• Assist with change-management materials and transition activities.
• Contribute to additional company service areas and growth.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver outstanding service and mission results.
• Apply consulting and analytical skills to identify problems and propose solutions.
