Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Federal consulting or similar roles.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with grants and program management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities including communication and collaboration.
• Ability to collaborate remotely and in-person.
• Willingness to travel within the Washington, DC metro area.
• Executive presence and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Work on client projects, taking full ownership of tasks and workstreams that contribute to project goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Document business processes, identify improvements, present solutions to clients, and implement them to achieve mission results.
• Analyze business problems using interviews, data, and context to identify improvements in processes, organizations, and technology for client initiatives.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to accelerate knowledge sharing and innovative solutions.
• Create high-quality work products and deliverables including documents, presentations, and data dashboards for client decision making.
• Take on new responsibilities and learn the mission while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Support company growth by contributing to additional service areas and selling new business.
