Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant cybersecurity and facility security experience overseeing a portfolio of security assets and systems within a government program level
• Direct experience with senior clients and stakeholder engagement delivering work products in a complex environment
• Thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with multiple tasks and projects
• Outstanding written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with leadership potential
• Ability to collaborate effectively remotely and in-person
• Technologically savvy with Microsoft products and collaboration tools like SharePoint
• Willingness to join a consulting firm and engage in company events and initiatives
• Ability to work in the Washington, DC metro area and travel to client sites

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement information security policies and procedures at a government program level
• Interact with Program Leadership and Project Leads to conduct audits and manage security assets
• Develop assessment criteria to evaluate compliance with policy directives
• Analyze security posture of existing programs and implement improvements
• Coordinate risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities
• Contribute to new processes to upgrade cyber-security protocols
• Provide technical security leadership on network and systems design
• Communicate security status, risk, and initiatives with government leadership
• Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional service and mission results
• Apply consulting and business-analysis skills to identify and solve problems
• Assist ISSO with responsibilities as required
