Capital Technology Group is seeking a motivated Business Operations Associate to join our Growth team in Silver Spring, MD. This role supports federal contracting pursuits across civilian and defense agencies and offers hands-on mentorship to develop toward a Junior Capture Manager.

You will help manage pipeline, conduct market research, assist with capture planning, and support daily Growth team operations in a hybrid on-site setting. Recent graduates welcome to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in federal government contracting and building a career in business development and capture management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hybrid schedule availability for Silver Spring, MD office.
• Self-starter who asks questions and learns quickly.

Aufgaben

• Maintain an organized opportunity pipeline.
• Assist with agency and market research.
• Compile competitor information for bid/no-bid discussions.
• Support capture plans, competitive assessments, and win themes.
• Prepare materials, slides, briefing documents.
• Maintain Salesforce records of pursuit activities.
• Help prepare BD metrics and dashboards for leadership.
• Track RFP release dates and deadlines.
• Support Growth team operations and process improvements.
