Job summary

Rose Roofing & Restoration in Sterling, VA seeks a Junior Estimator in the Operations department. Under the supervision of the Project Control Manager, you will prepare timely, accurate project estimates to support the project scope and cost management.

This role helps ensure that every project meets company and industry standards. You will assist with certificates, crew invoices, and approvals, and work daily at job sites using tablets, mobile apps, and CRM tools to support PMCs and project

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in home remodeling, roofing, construction, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to spot workmanship issues.
• Basic understanding of construction processes, safety procedures, and home improvement products.
• Proficiency with tablets, mobile apps, and CRM or job tracking systems.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to job sites daily.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project break downs: line‑by‑line estimates with options based on funding and customer desires.
• Estimate worksheets: one-page insurance estimate summaries for PMCs.
• Complete Certificates of Completion with public adjusters.
• Crew invoice validation and approval.
• Job approvals and PMC assignment.
