Job summary

Core One is seeking a Junior Experimentation Analyst to support planning and execution of experimentation events and analyses to inform SOF mission capabilities. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves coordinating scenarios, briefs, and documentation for leadership.

The successful candidate will develop POAs/Milestones, work with DoD partners, and travel up to 25% for events and engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years planning large-scale events for senior leadership.
• 3+ years of experience with USSOCOM organizations.
• 3 years of experience in defense-focused research on emerging technologies or building scenarios.
• 5 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support experimentation activities including modeling, simulations, tabletop exercises, wargames, prototyping, and demonstrations to assess capabilities and designs.
