Qualifications

  • Provide expert-level analytic leadership in identifying, planning, developing, validating, and implementing advanced analytic production methodologies, intelligence tradecraft, and analytical techniques aligned with labor requirements.
  • Establish and refine analytic methodologies and tradecraft to address emerging intelligence requirements and improve quality and timeliness of production.
  • Apply extensive subject-matter expertise to evaluate complex analytic challenges and develop innovative solutions for strategic mission objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, scientists, and other mission personnel engaged in a variety of intelligence disciplines, analytic activities, and operational requirements.
  • Build, maintain, update, and manage intelligence databases to support the collection, organization, retrieval, tracking, and dissemination of mission data.
  • Monitor and evaluate intelligence reporting, data, and mission information to identify relevant updates, trends, discrepancies, and information requiring analyst or leadership attention.
  • Receive, track, coordinate, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring requirements are accurately documented, assigned, monitored, and completed within established timelines.
  • Develop, maintain, and report program and mission metrics to measure production, workload, operational performance, and mission effectiveness.
  • Execute and support authorized cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination activities across classified and unclassified environments.
  • Support system-high-to-low data transfers and information dissemination between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and other U.S. Government and Allied/Partner information systems in accordance with applicable security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Develop and maintain metrics, graphics, dashboards, charts, and other visual products to support production management, workload tracking, and mission management functions.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and other mission products to communicate production status, intelligence activities, metrics, trends, and operational requirements to government stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with analysts, engineers, scientists, system administrators, and mission stakeholders to facilitate timely information sharing, intelligence dissemination, production support, and resolution of administrative and operational requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Lead the definition and resolution of complex, multifaceted intelligence and mission problems; direct studies and surveys; and oversee the collection, evaluation, and analysis of data to develop actionable advice, recommendations, and solutions for senior government and military leadership.
  • Provide expert-level analytic leadership in identifying, planning, developing, validating, and implementing advanced analytic production methodologies, intelligence tradecraft, and analytical techniques aligned with labor category and mission requirements.
  • Establish and refine analytic methodologies, processes, and tradecraft to address emerging, complex, or unique intelligence requirements and improve the quality, rigor, timeliness, and effectiveness of intelligence production.
  • Apply extensive subject-matter expertise to evaluate complex analytic challenges, identify information and knowledge gaps, assess alternative approaches, and develop innovative solutions that support strategic mission objectives.
  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and subject-matter expertise to Military Commanders, Senior Government Officials (GG-15 and above), Defense Planners, policymakers, and other senior decision-makers, including officials at the Under Secretary level and above.
  • Translate complex intelligence analysis, technical findings, and operational assessments into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations tailored to senior leadership and policymaker audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional analytic efforts involving multiple organizations, mission partners, and Intelligence Community stakeholders to integrate diverse sources of information, resolve complex issues, and produce comprehensive intelligence assessments.
  • Exercise expert-level judgment and independent decision-making in the development and execution of analytic activities, methodologies, and mission solutions with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Mentor and provide technical and analytic guidance to junior and senior analysts, promoting consistent application of intelligence tradecraft, analytical rigor, quality standards, and best practices across the mission.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of analytic production processes and methodologies, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement enterprise-level enhancements to strengthen mission outcomes and intelligence support.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $135,000

This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
