Job summary

Core One Group is seeking a Junior Experimentation Analyst to support program experimentation efforts. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves modeling, simulations, wargames, and demonstrations to evaluate warfighter capabilities.

You will plan events from concept to post-execution review, produce major reports and briefs, and coordinate with DoD partners. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of strategic or operational-level experience with DoD or related agencies.
• Experience planning large-scale events and briefings for senior leaders.
• Experience with modeling, simulations, and experimentation concepts.
• Experience working with USSOCOM or similar DoD organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support experimentation activities including modeling, simulations, wargames, and demonstrations to assess capabilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute EXFOR/SOF experiments from concept to post-execution review.
• Produce reports, briefs, information papers, and event documentation for findings and recommendations.
• Develop POA&Ms, milestone schedules, and assessments to inform strategic guidance.
• Travel up to 25% monthly for events and stakeholder engagements.
