Qualifications

• Background in utility, electrical, or distribution preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED, or 1–2 years customer service experience.
• Proven ability to manage time, communicate effectively, and use MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and update POs using the Inventory Management Work Center and Eclipse system.
• Proactively update POs with customer and supplier/manufacturer commitments.
• Communicate with Sales about changes that affect customer expectations.
• Update ship dates in Eclipse using supplier acknowledgements.
• Collaborate with Buyers as required.
• Manage open orders and provide expediting and customer communication.
• Verify ship dates weekly with manufacturers and track shipments on dock dates.
