Consider Posh Pro is seeking an entry-level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team and gain hands-on experience in planning and coordination. The successful candidate will support senior coordinators across a range of events, from corporate conferences to product launches.

You will assist in planning, vendor coordination, and on-site attendee support, while maintaining organized event documentation and delivering materials such as invitations and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues for logistics.
