Alphabeinsightinc is seeking an Entry Level Event Specialist to support planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery, while handling logistics and promotion.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to diverse projects with industry-leading clients. A degree in Event Management or related field is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, venue arrangements, and transportation.
• Support marketing efforts through event promotion and attendee communication.
• Help set up and break down event spaces to meet specific requirements.
