Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years in a related field.
• Experience with waterproofing and concrete restoration.
• Familiar with RFI drafting and contract documents.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimators and managers on scope, changes, and cost adjustments.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pre-bid analyses to finalize estimates.
• Analyze bids, plans, and docs to determine costs and schedules.
• Consult with clients and vendors to resolve estimate issues.
• Maintain and organize directory of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers on crews and costs.
• Support Valcourt safety programs and processes.
