The position covers estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, and invoice processing, plus master schedules, contractor coordination, and change management.

Qualifications

• Internship experience in construction preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience with electronic takeoff software, Primavera P6 or other scheduling software, and Bluebeam or other pdf editing software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of basic construction concepts and scheduling concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
• Perform estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Assist with Master Schedules, contractor schedule review, time extension analysis, and change management.
• Maintain project records, prepare reports, and support project communications.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
